The imposition of this dictatorial governance system is undemocratic. It has, and still is adversely affecting NYC due to the singular controls levied by the mayor’s unchecked authority and changing whims. We, the citizens of NYC have no say about continuing or ending Mayoral Control since we have no voting rights on this matter.
